| Course description |
This self-paced training course introduces the different ways PCs and printers connect to one another and how those connections affect printing. The course will help the student understand PC-to-printer communication issues, recognize potential problems, and suggest troubleshooting approaches.

| Audience |
This course was designed for HP technical post-sales service and support personnel. It is intended for service and support technicians that have little or no knowledge of HP printers. Experienced service and support technicians will use this course for refresher training. |
