Course description

This self-paced training course is an introduction to printer languages, the command codes that enable applications to control HP printers and create print jobs. Understanding what these languages are and how they work will help you become more proficient in solving customer printing issues.

Audience

This self-paced training course was designed for HP technical post-sales service and support personnel. It is intended for service and support technicians that have little or no knowledge of HP printers. Experienced service and support technicians will use this course for refresher training.

Before taking the course, the student should have completed:

  • Troubleshooting Basics
