The IPG Fundamentals: Windows Operating Systems course
is an introduction to the most widely-used Microsoft operating systems,
from MS-DOS through Windows XP. This course isn't intended to make
you an expert on the details of each operating system, but instead
will guide you through the fundamental aspects of each. The information
offered here will equip you to better help customers resolve printing
problems they're experiencing on their particular operating system.
After completing this course, you'll be able to help
customers conclude whether the problem is a communications issue,
a hardware issue, or a driver issue.
